About Me

Hello! My name is Mrs. Lindsey Hawk, and I’m so excited to be your 5th grade teacher this year! This is my 20th year teaching in Greene County, and I still love what I do every single day. I have a special passion for teaching math and enjoy helping students build confidence as problem solvers. My classroom is a place where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are part of the learning process, and everyone is treated with kindness and respect. I truly believe that building strong relationships with my students and their families is the key to a successful school year. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and finding creative ways to bring learning to life. I can’t wait to get to know each of you and make this an amazing year together!
